1966 Lotus Cortina
A true collectible, this 1966 Lotus Cortina is a left-hand-drive Mk1 model of the celebrated "Ford Lotus Cortina." This exceptional example, finished in Ermine White with a green body band, is powered by a Lotus twin-cam inline-four cylinder engine - stroked to 1,700cc, and fitted with JE pistons and upgraded camshafts. This vehicle was totally restored around 2007 and some body components replaced. With the original body needing restoration, a donor Series I Cortina body was sourced and used to rebuild this car. This Lotus Cortina is equipped with a wood steering wheel, a wood shift knob, dual Weber carburetors, and 13” steel wheels with chrome center hubcaps. The vehicle includes many ownership/maintenance records and Cortina-related literature.
